Author: Multi-annual chapters on Israel in "Getting the Deal Through: The International Regulation of Mergers and Acquisitions" and "The Handbook of Competition Regulators".

Mr. Tamir is a member of the National Council of the Israel Bar-Association and served as a member of the Board of the Israel Bar. He is additionally the author and editor of several law books in the field of commercial law. Tamir has extensive experience in litigation and handling commercial disputes, which was acquired at all courts levels, as well as at large commercial arbitrations.
Mr. Tamir serves as a member of the Trust Committee of the Israel Bar Association.

Shira Shine Fried is a member of STEP and ITPA and also serves as the Chairman of the Trust Committee of the Israel Bar Association – Tel Aviv District. Recently Mrs. Shine-Fried has been chosen as the winner of Corporate International Magazine Global Award: "Tax Lawyer of the year in Israel" for 2010.
