    Senior Associate

    Asher holds an undergraduate degree in law (LL.B.) from Bar Ilan University - 2004 and has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2005. He specializes in Real Estate Law and has extensive experience in managing sale transactions and financing of commercial real estate and investment, including the ongoing process of negotiations and the commercial aspects of registration and taxation. In addition, Asher specializes in private residential sale and purchase transactions for investment and occupation, including negotiations with contractors and project consultants, drafting contractor and consultancy agreements, and supporting the transaction to completion and occupancy.

    Hila holds an undergraduate degree in law (LL.B.) and economics (B.Sc.) from the University of Haifa - 2007, and has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2008.     Trevor holds an undergraduate degree in law (LL.B.) from Queen Mary University in London (2005), and was admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2009. Trevor completed his articles at PwC Legal in London and moved to work at a niche firm, where he specialized in the areas of estates, wills and inheritance, as well as trusts. Trevor joined the firm of Michael Shine & Partners in 2012, shortly after making Aliyah to Israel.     Ronit holds an undergraduate degree in law from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem - 1994, and has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 1995.     Rami Sastiel obtained a Masters in law (M.J.S.) from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem in 1963. He has been a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 1964. He previously served as deputy Income Tax Commissioner and legal advisor to the Income Tax Commission. Since 1987 he has served as chairman of the Committee for the Admissibility of Ledgers which works alongside the Israeli Tax Authority.
